Onsite Cook:

Have smoker and will travel! Travel to your location and cook onsite where you and your guests can see and smell the food as it is smoked to perfection (BEWARE – the smell will have your guests wanting to eat early). This makes it fun as your guests can ask questions and enjoy looking at the setup. This does require EARLY setup hours before the event starts. 

Full Service:

Will bring wire racks, sterno burners and serving utensils. Will set-up and replenish your buffet and keep it tidy during your event. Afterwards, we will box up any leftover food for you to take home. We also include paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils and sauce.

Drop-off Delivery: 

Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. We also include serving utensils, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils and sauce.

Minimum 20 people (free delivery within 60 mile radius of Clayton GA) additional fee outside this radius
